1. Standard Rebate ($1,000)

Who Qualifies for the SCE Pre-Owned EV Rebate?

- The vehicle must be pre-owned (used) and classified as a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) or Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).
- Vehicles must remain registered in California for at least 20 months at the applicant’s SCE residential service address.

How to Apply for the Pre-Owned EV Rebate
